1¡¢Registration

Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with  our website  that shall allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. Three of our sections i.e. my Shopping Cart, My Accountand  Order History  are password protected.

When you click on any of these links you will reach a sign in page. A new user can register here or members can login to their account directly. Or else, to reach there directly, click on ¡°Register/Sign in ¡°on the top of the Home page to register online with us. Once you are registered with  YEEKONG.NET  then the same username and the password can be used to login to our channels , and your name will be seen on the up righthand corner ¡£

2¡¢ How can I browse for a product ?

The navigation menu allows you to browse by department for items available on  the left side of the first page .

Select a category from the navigation menu then either visit the category main page by clicking on the category name or narrow your search further by selecting a subcategory located directly under the main category name.

If you don't find the product you're looking for, try  to visit the PRODUCT page  viewing the  whole product list  and selecting  your ldeal products .

3¡¢Adding to basket 

When you see something you'd like to order, if you want to buy please click on the " B uy  N ow" button, we will place the item in your shopping basket. You must press the update button next to quantity after making any quantity change . The number of items added to your shopping basket and total order amount are displayed and updated continually in the right-hand bar of any page, making it easy for you to review your purchases anytime and anywhere on the site.

4¡¢ Find an item. 

Use Yeekong Shopping Search to search for products available on Yeekong Shopping.

Type your keyword(s) into the Search Shopping field and click Search  button . Based on the keyword(s) you enter, you will be directed to the most relevant categories on the site. In the column at the far left of the page you'll see links to other categories that may include what you're searching for.

If no shopping results are found for your search, or if you do not see what you're looking for in the search results provided, try changing your search:

Check your spelling or try a different spelling

Consider a less specific search and use fewer keywords

Try searching with different keywords or synonyms

5¡¢Placing an order

Login using your login I D  and password.

As you browse through the store, you can place the items that you wish to purchase instantly in your Shopping Cart. Click ¡°Buy  N ow¡± on the product.

You can view your shopping cart through the 'My Cart' section.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the ¡°remove¡± button and empty the shopping cart.

You can update your shopping cart i.e.change the quantity of the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart.

6¡¢Payment Information Page

You can make payments for your purchases using  T/T transfer, please be aware that all our prices are based on the carton unit rather than the small unit of box so as to simplify your purchase . You can press the PAYMENT button to know all the details for the payment's transfer .Please be sure to notify us your payment results for our check .
